Resource exhaustion can occur when an unlimited number of concurrent requests are allowed on a website, facilitating a denial-of-service attack. Mitigating this kind of attack will include limiting the number of concurrent HTTP/HTTPS requests. Mitigating this kind of attack will include limiting the number of concurrent HTTP/HTTPS requests.
